1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Methods

We provide standard shipping for all orders.

  • Standard Delivery Time: Within 3 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 5 business days in case of unexpected delays

💡 Good to know: Delivery in Karachi is often faster due to our location and courier efficiency.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: PKR 200 per order

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over PKR 5,000

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1.5 business days

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a notification via email or phone with order details

5. Handling Delivery Delays

If there are any delays caused by courier services, weather, or other factors:

  • We’ll promptly inform you

  • We’ll work to deliver your order as quickly as possible

6. Rural Area Coverage

We aim to deliver across all of Pakistan. However, some remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery times or limited service.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we offer:

  • Full refund or replacement
