Refund policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products:
    If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 6 hours of delivery.

    Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Incorrect Items Received:
    If you receive the wrong product, share a video showing the item and the issue.
    ➤ After confirmation, we’ll process your refund or arrange an exchange within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Please note that perfume testers are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Time Limit for Claims

Refund or return requests must be made immediately after delivery.

  • For damaged items, contact us within 6 hours.

  • For incorrect items, notify us as soon as possible after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or refund request:

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email

  • Provide your order number and a video of the product showing the issue

  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • ARAASTA covers all return shipping costs.

  • We will either provide a return shipping label or arrange pickup where possible.
