At ARAASTA, we strive to provide high-quality fragrances and exceptional customer service. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, our refund policy is designed to make the process as smooth and fair as possible.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you must inform us within 6 hours of delivery by sending a video of the damaged item to our WhatsApp number 0339640484. Once we verify the damage, we will process your refund as soon as possible, within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer service and provide a video of the item showing the discrepancy. We will arrange a refund within 5 to 7 business days after confirming the issue.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that Perfume testers are non-refundable and non-returnable.

2. Time Frame for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made promptly after receiving the product. Please ensure that you report any issues within the specified time frame (6 hours for damaged items).

3. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email. You will need to provide a video of the item in question to verify the issue.

  • Condition of Returned Items: To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Naya Pay, or Easypaisa according to your preference. Once the return is verified, refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

5. Return Shipping Costs

ARAASTA will cover the costs of return shipping. We will provide you with a return shipping label or arrange for the pickup of the item.

6. Exchanges

  • Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, you may request an exchange. However, please note that we do not offer exchanges for a change of mind.
